Position: LPN Evening Supervisor (Full Time)
Salary: $34.00 – $40.05 hourly

Shift: Any
Sign‑On Bonus: $6,000

Carriage Hill Health & Rehab Center, in Fredericksburg, VA, is looking for a hardworking, compassionate, and dedicated LPN Supervisor to join our team.

• Coordinate, manage, and evaluate resident care and unit operations
• Administer medication and treatment as ordered
• Document resident care promptly and accurately
• Help lead the nursing team to provide exceptional care
• Promote a collaborative, service‑focused team environment

• Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
• CPR certified
• One year of experience as an LPN preferred
• Experience in long‑term care, skilled rehab, or memory care preferred
• Exceptional leadership, clinical, and customer‑service skills
• Strong commitment to resident‑centered care and innovative care delivery
• Ability to motivate, build caring relationships, and communicate effectively
• A caring heart with a strong desire to make a difference in patient lives
