The role will be responsible for performing routine tests on raw materials, in‑process components, and final product. The candidate will participate in validating tests, inspections, processing methods, and materials qualifications.

• Perform concrete testing on fresh concrete samples
• Assist with strip, setup, and pouring of products when necessary
• Perform daily pre/post‑pour inspections on products
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in quality assurance is preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Experience with construction materials
• Basic computer skills
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• Lifting may be required, with assistance provided if needed
• Ability to climb ladders on forms and catwalks

• Hourly pay rate of $24–28 per hour
