Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner;
Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice and supplies;
Greets guests and takes/handles drink orders, using standard recipes;
Checks IDs and monitors guest intoxication per liquor laws;
Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards and maintains organized work area
