Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Overview

Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions. This may include ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot or providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required for these positions. These roles support high levels of customer satisfaction and require collaboration with other Associates, vendors, and carriers, with a focus on store-specific business objectives.

• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise and answer questions on product order status.
• Assist customers in the lot or provide administrative services as needed.
• Handle cash management or program compliance as required.
• Work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers; respond to operational concerns.
• Maintain attention to detail and effective time management.
• Support key operational responsibilities to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives.
• Specific positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Ability to work with little or some supervision and be detail-oriented.
