No extensive mechanical skills are required, but a background in automotive parts is beneficial. • Providing auto parts solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone
• Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge
• Delivering outstanding customer service and engaging positively with customers
• Maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused environment
• Welcoming customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs

• Enjoy helping customers with their auto parts and service questions
• Have experience in the automotive industry or enjoy tinkering with vehicles
• Are eager to learn about automotive parts and industry knowledge
• Seek a role with growth opportunities and career development

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong listening skills and empathy for customers

• Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries
• Experience with cataloging and inventory management systems
• Customer-centric mindset
• ASE Certifications are a plus but not required
