Warehouse Associate

Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.60

Purpose: As a warehouse associate at Floor & Decor, you will compile orders, replenish and move merchandise, check inventory, interact with customers and operate a forklift. You will support the retail location by ensuring products are available and customers receive excellent service.

• Operate forklift and load out customers with correct product.
• Restock and organize merchandise to company standards.
• Assist customers in finding products and answering questions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Forklift or heavy‑equipment experience preferred but not required.
• Can handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certification through F&D.
• Successful drug test required where permissible by state law.

• Occasional exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles.
• Noise level typically quiet to moderate.

• Occasionally lift 30–60 pounds, frequently 20–30 pounds.
• Stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl regularly.
• Use hands and fingers for handling or feeling objects.
