Aerie - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right? As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you can flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

• You are passionate about brand standards and proactively manage shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• You keep the Stockroom running efficiently by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• You identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop a game plan and take action to correct it.
• You support team members with non‑stock related tasks and assist guests when needed.
• Safety standards are a priority; you follow Asset Protection standards and always adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

• You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excel in priority-setting and time management.
• You have flexible availability: early morning, late evening, and weekends.
• You have prior experience in a stock-related role.
