• Provide support to the service department by ensuring vehicles are properly parked, organized, and maintained while awaiting service.
• Assist with customer service, vehicle movement, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.
• Exhibit attention to detail, a customer‑oriented approach, and a proactive attitude.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in a similar role or working in a dealership or service environment is a plus but not required.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A positive, professional attitude and appearance.

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as necessary.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
