• Use a customer‑focused approach in scheduling sales appointments and meeting with potential residential customers in their homes to explain Perma Treat’s products and services.
• Conduct thorough and detailed inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in‑depth training provided to decide on the best overall pest solution for each customer’s needs.
• Deliver uniquely tailored sales presentations on issues identified during inspections.
• Influence potential customers with hand‑held devices provided for thoroughness, speed and accuracy.
• Maintain a self‑management and goal‑oriented mindset to achieve sales performance objectives through assigned leads and new business development.

• Estimated first‑year earnings from $65,000 to $100,000 (base pay + commissions).

• No experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• We consider all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable federal, state, and local laws.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
