• Starting range: $13.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on a reliable hourly base rate plus performance‑based tier bonuses).
• Hourly performance boosts: hourly wage scales up with client‑to‑membership conversion rates, adding up to an extra $5.00 per hour.
• Direct signup commissions: earn a flat $10.00 commission for every membership sign‑up added to your regular paycheck.
• Loyalty raises: $1.00 per hour raise annually for continued growth.

• Warmly greet guests, answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain smooth spa operations.
• Effectively communicate promotions, services, and benefits of our lifestyle membership program.
• Meet personal and team membership sales goals.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our services and enhancements.
• Uphold spa cleanliness and sanitation standards.

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality sales is a major plus.
• Strong communication skills with a genuinely friendly, client‑focused attitude.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Availability to work weekend shifts is a required part of this role.
