LEASING AGENT

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Responsible for completing market surveys.
• Serve as a community ambassador with excellent communication skills and outstanding sales techniques.
• Handle telephone and on-site traffic, show ready apartments, close the lease, qualify prospects, and complete all related paperwork and activities to ensure a timely move‑in.

• Some college preferred.
• Sales, customer service, and basic computer skills.
• Interaction with other employees and the public – must interact with residents, prospects, team members, and maintenance.
• Physical demands – walking, standing, and sitting for long periods at times.
