District Manager, Sales

• Develops defined sales territory to establish distribution of Kaeser Mobilair products
• Informs Manager of status of territory market conditions and trends
• Prepares annual Sales Plan
• Trains distributors, branches, direct accounts and OEM’s in all phases of Kaeser Mobilair products
• Evaluation distributor sales/payments quarterly
• Submits proper call and expense reports
• Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company’s quality and environmental system
• Performs all other duties assigned by the Manager

• Bachelor's degree required; or equivalent work experience
• Minimum three years of field sales experience
• Previous sales experience with distributors preferred
• Good communication skills/phone skills required
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• SAP experience preferred
• In depth knowledge of portable compressor industry

Demonstrates expertise in field sales with a focus on distributor training and market analysis, while effectively utilizing communication and computer skills to drive sales performance in the portable compressor industry.
