Inside Sales Representative

We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Liberty Roofing Center location in Fredericksburg, VA.

• Assist Branch/Operations Manager in cycle counts and inventory control
• Assisting with job site deliveries
• Work with both customers and Territory Sales Representatives to provide support for customer base
• Outbound sales phone work, contacting potential prospects and passing pre-qualified leads to territory sales reps
• Process orders and paperwork
• Assist customers with product requirements, delivery concerns, and pricing
• Answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
• Provide sales support for walk-in customers
• Timely and effective communication
• Follow up on inquiries from customers or Liberty administration in a timely fashion
• Attend meetings, functions, and company-provided training as required
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Any other responsibilities as assigned

• Experience in driving a van operation with van and seamless gutter equipment
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Positive, winning, can-do attitude is required
• General understanding of sales and customer service
• Proven ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
• Knowledge of building/construction products is preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
• Reliable transportation to and from work
