Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and deter unauthorized entry, loitering, and/or disruptions while maintaining a professional presence;

Respond to incidents, patient and visitor concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting site protocols
