• Initiate PCL investigations using various government databases including DISS, NBIS and SWFT.
• Review SF‑86 submissions for essential KMP and ensure fingerprints are received to initiate investigative process.
• Verify PCLs of essential KMP using government databases or request reciprocity by affiliated Cognizant Security Offices.
• Evaluate reports of investigations, personnel files, and other records.
• Track and monitor statuses and communicate changes with government customer, contract support staff, KMPs, and other process stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

• Demonstrate multi‑tasking and time‑management ability.
• Demonstrate ability to professionally interact and communicate via email, phone, or other means with government stakeholders and contract staff.
• Experience with detailed work and form revision.
• Basic understanding of DISS, NBIS and SWFT government databases.
• Basic understanding of National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and/or DoD Personnel Security Background investigative procedures.
