Security Officer Patrol Representative

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.;
Assist with access control activities by monitoring entrances, greeting and directing visitors, and/or reporting unauthorized access attempts in accordance with site guidelines.;
Support a professional environment by observing daily activity, reporting hazards and/or maintenance concerns, and helping to deter disruptions through a visible presence and courteous communication.
