Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and noting unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and public areas, assisting with visitor direction, entry procedures, and other security-related support functions within the location;
Maintain professional communication and customer service in interactions with patients, visitors, and staff
