Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, patient or visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel;
Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts
