Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or unauthorized access.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, directions, and adherence to facility policies while maintaining a professional presence.;
Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and actions taken, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and facility personnel.
