Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual conditions;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations according to site requirements;
Complete detailed activity reports, maintain clear communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and support a professional, customer-focused environment;
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
