As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Computer Assisted Patrol in Fredericksburg, VA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and use technology to document security-related activities.

• Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:30 AM

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and communicating with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as needed, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns to site leadership.
• Complete required reports and maintain accurate activity logs while supporting a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
