Full-Time | Residential and Commercial Service
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus (3+ Years Experience)
Loving Air is a locally owned, family-run HVAC company serving homeowners and faith-based organizations in our community. We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and treats customers like neighbors — because that’s exactly what they are. This is a role for technicians who already know the field and want to work somewhere they’re respected, supported, and appreciated.
Duties And Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Clearly explain options and solutions to homeowners
- Deliver a level of service that earns online reviews
- Participate in weekly team meetings and check-ins
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
- Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for techs with 3+ years experience
- $2,500 at 6 months
- $2,500 at 12 months
- Local service area — minimal long commutes
- Clean, organized trucks

Schedule- 8:00 AM first appointments
- Rotating on-call shifts
- Extended hours during peak weather when needed
- EPA 608 Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication with homeowners and business clients

- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Frequently standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing
- Regular work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and mechanical rooms
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heat, and cold
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting over 50 lbs
- Work around moving mechanical parts, electrical components, and HVAC equipment
- Moderate to high noise environments
