Join Walmart’s local retail team as a Senior Technician in the Facility Services HVAC/R department. In this role you will support and oversee repair and maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC equipment across Walmart stores, ensuring reliable operation and compliance with safety regulations.

• Maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC equipment using commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills, hand tools, digital diagnostic tools, and power tools.
• Use the work order management system to receive, track, and document repair work orders, supporting store associates and operations.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls to minimize equipment downtime.
• Inspect, operate, and test equipment and fixtures to diagnose issues and determine corrective actions.
• Complete all required training and certifications to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart’s refrigeration HVAC safety policy.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, use ladders, and work at heights safely and frequently.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC maintenance.
• Type I, Type II, or Universal EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR.
• Minimum 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent.
