We are currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA.

Pay Range: $22- $45 per hour

The pay range for this position is included in the job description. The listed range represents the broader pay scale for the role. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will play a critical role in installing, maintaining, and servicing commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

• Maintain and service HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pumps
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespan
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
• Deliver reliable, high-quality service to customers

• 1 to 5 years of HVAC service or installation experience, or equivalent training and education
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
• Experience installing and servicing HVAC systems and related equipment
• EPA or CFC Certification required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required

• Strong problem-solving skills with a systematic approach
• Commitment to safety and proper use of tools and equipment
• Ability to deliver high-quality and consistent workmanship
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to adapt and stay focused in a fast-paced environment

• Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures and conditions
• Frequent standing, climbing, bending, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Occasional driving between job sites
• Exposure to construction materials and mechanical equipment
