Provide a diversity of specific job training services related to Rappahannock Goodwill Industries mission. Participate, as assigned, in the assessment and implementation of job skills training in a variety of small group settings.

Writes/speaks/directs clearly. Works well with people in accomplishing goals.
Education/Training: Bachelors Degree or equivalent and 1+ years experience or equivalent in social work/rehabilitation, working with individuals with physical and/or DD/ or related area. Experience conducting/supervising training programs with knowledge of principles and techniques of development/implementation of training strategies a plus. Valid Virginia Driver's License (driving record must be acceptable to RGI's insurance carrier).
Physical Demands: Able to perform hands-on training for positions requiring heavy physical labor, standing for extended periods of time, ability to lift up to 50lbs and stoop and bend without restriction.
Working Conditions: Plant environment with varying hours and days. Limited local travel.
