Forward Logistix Partners Inc. is hiring package delivery drivers for full-time and part-time positions in Fredericksburg, VA, United States. The pay range is from $21.50 to $22.50 per hour.

We need reliable, independent, flexible, and hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful delivery drivers enjoy being out on the road driving, putting safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

As a delivery driver, you will:

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered up to 50 lbs.
• Be customer obsessed! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $21.50-$22.50/Hour starting pay + Bonus (if applicable) & experience

Qualifications:

• Eligible to work in the U.S at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and screening
• Shifts Available 7 days a Week, Must be available to work at least one weekend day (SAT/SUN).
• Ability to lift, bend, during shift Capable of navigating up and down the stairs
• Safely Operate Delivery Vehicle at all times
