Safely operate full-sized tractor-trailer truck (up to 57 feet) to transport groceries and related materials to Harris Teeter distribution centers, stores, and vendors;
Inspect tractor and trailer prior to departure and complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Report;
Maintain contact with supervisor for delivery instructions and report any mechanical issues or delays;
Load or unload groceries as needed and refuel tractors and Thermo-King units when directed;
Maintain driver logs and comply with Department of Transportation regulations
