Compensation and Pay

Pay Range: $30.25 – $36.25 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums that may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Potential first‑year earnings of $83,125.85 are based on average route hours;

actual annual earnings may vary depending on route length.

Operate a Class 8 tractor‑trailer to provide safe, timely, and accurate route deliveries to store locations as part of our company fleet. Work Home Daily, 5 Day Work Week with no weekends. Salary package includes safety incentives, driver bonuses, performance‑based raises, overnight route delivery with dedicated routes, low‑touch freight using full pallet deliveries, and a modern fleet of tractors and trailers.

• Operate a commercial Class8 tractor‑trailer to complete safe, timely, and accurate route deliveries in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
• Utilize electric pallet jacks and lift gates to load, unload, and deliver merchandise to designated store locations.
• Follow assigned routes, stops, and schedules to ensure efficient deliveries within set time frames.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, maintain Hours of Service (HOS) logs, and comply with FMCSA regulations.
• Secure all loads, vehicle doors, and alarms before and after each stop; ensure proper delivery verification and manage returned merchandise.
• Assist with various delivery routes as needed to support operational requirements.

• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, logbook, and vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean MVR and a valid DOT physical status.
• Pass pre‑employment and random drug and alcohol tests.
• Possess a current ClassA CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
• Maintain the ability to work flexible hours.
