Harris Teeter - - Responsibilities:
Assist transportation supervision in day-to-day dispatch operations and supervise dispatch clerk staff.;
Route store orders into efficient delivery routes within weight and DOT regulations.;
Assign work to drivers to ensure safe, timely delivery of products to Harris Teeter stores.;
Ensure yard efficiency and proper maintenance records related to dispatch and DOT hours of service.;
Dispatch drivers and equipment to optimize DOT hours of service and communicate with stores regarding deliveries.
