Job Summary
The successful applicant will support the Clerk’s Office and the General Counsel Office with administrative and other tasks as needed. Examples of tasks include filing; some research and jurisdictional scans, pre and post Council and Council Committee meetings preparation and clean up; organizing files, and managing the records room. The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality of all information within the General Counsel Office.

Qualification Requirements
This position is open to full‑time university students who have completed a minimum of two years toward their bachelor’s degree.

Benefits
The successful applicant may be eligible to participate in a Flexible Time Options Program which includes the option of working a 4 or 5‑day work week, subject to business requirements.
