The Document Control Lead reports to the Senior Project Manager and oversees document management processes during the design phase of large infrastructure projects, including tunnels, transit expansions, airports, ports, highways, and site development. The role ensures accurate version control, proper document tracking, and compliance with internal procedures.
Responsibilities- Manage document control systems and processes.
- Ensure proper version control and document tracking.
- Coordinate document flow between teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain document registers and logs.
- Ensure compliance with document control procedures.
- Support audits and quality processes.
- Train team members on document control practices.
- Ensure timely distribution of documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
- Post‑secondary education in administration or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of document control experience.
- Experience on large infrastructure projects.
- Experience in hydroelectric projects is a major asset.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
