This role, reporting to the Senior Project Manager, requires a minimum of 10 years’ document control experience, particularly in large infrastructure projects or hydroelectric work. You’ll be responsible for maintaining document registers, coordinating with teams, and training members on best practices, all while ensuring data integrity. Strong organizational skills and experience with document management systems such as Aconex or Procore are key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage document control systems and procedures
• Ensure effective version control and documentation tracking
• Facilitate document flow between various stakeholders
• Maintain detailed logs and registers
• Support compliance audits and quality processes
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in administration or related field
• 10 years of relevant document control experience
• Familiarity with large infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in document management tools like Aconex
• Strong communication and attention to detail
