The Project Coordinator will support project leaders by assisting in scheduling, tracking progress, and preparing detailed documentation.
Your role will include monitoring project timelines, identifying potential delays, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success. You will also contribute to process improvements within project management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining project schedules and documentation
• Facilitate communication between various project teams
• Track project timelines and deliverables accurately
• Prepare governance reports and meeting agendas
• Manage issues and escalate to leadership where necessary
Requirements:
• Background in project coordination or management
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively
• Signing of non-disclosure agreement needed
