As a Private Client Administration Associate, you'll engage daily in administrative tasks requiring precision and promptness, focusing on requests related to accounts, transfers, and estates.
Your role will also involve building strong relationships with custodians and departments while ensuring adherence to compliance and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act on client requests in a timely manner
• Handle $1M+ request volumes, expecting same-day service
• Ensure compliance with internal and custodian procedures
• Develop relationships with custodians and internal teams
• Resolve inquiries professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education required
• 2+ years of prior experience in administration
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Ability to think critically and creatively
• Strong service-oriented mindset with high accuracy
Provide top-tier administrative support and drive exceptional service in high-stakes financial scenarios at CI.
