Become an Administration Assistant at BMO, supporting Investment Advisors with a focus on client service and administrative excellence. Your commitment to clients will help foster lasting relationships.
In this role, you'll provide essential support to Investment Advisors and ensure high-quality client interactions. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, preparing for client reviews, and managing client inquiries and account setups. You'll also play a key role in coordinating marketing efforts and mentoring less experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule meetings and prepare client materials
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and client events
• Manage account maintenance and inquiries
• Handle client trades and record management
• Generate necessary reports for IAs and clients
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in administration preferred
• Advanced knowledge of financial processes and compliance
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills
• Good communication ability in writing and speaking
• Specialized knowledge in investment products is a plus
