You'll initiate communication with healthcare providers and facilitate inventory management while promoting IBME services through various educational initiatives. Your analytical skills will help identify areas for improvement in clinic processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient interactions and communications

• Oversee inventory management for clinic supplies

• Facilitate shipping and receiving of parts

• Create community outreach materials and infographics

• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in a relevant field

• Experience in administrative roles preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills for patient engagement

• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively

• French language skills an asset
