In this role, you will collaborate with Technicians and Branch Managers to uphold our customer service standards. Your responsibilities include managing contracts, handling invoicing, and maintaining essential client relationships. This position promises a supportive work atmosphere focused on mentorship and internal advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input contracts and job sales data into CRM
• Update billing information and contract copies accurately
• Streamline monthly invoicing and address client inquiries
• Generate customized reports in Excel for clients
• Monitor service reports to ensure completion
Requirements:
• 2+ years of administrative experience needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite
• Strong multitasking abilities under pressure
• Excellent tact and diplomacy in communication
• High School Diploma is required, college education preferred
