Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to work closely with clients, software engineers, and designers to understand complex problems, define clear outcomes, and deliver software that advances the nuclear industry.

Travel Expectations:
Occasional travel (approximately once a month).

What You'll Drive

Product Discovery

Lead discovery workshops and user interviews to uncover problems worth solving and opportunities worth pursuing
Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria
Translate insights into clear, well-documented requirements that teams can execute against

Product Delivery

Lead a cross‑functional team of engineers and designers from problem definition through delivery
Own scope, priorities, and trade-offs to ensure solutions meet customer needs and business goals

Product Strategy

Identify patterns across customer work that can inform product strategy and future investments
When working on software products, contribute to longer‑term planning and roadmap thinking
