Your Roles
M&J Window Care is a growing company based in Ottawa that is looking for a Sales Manager to help manage clients, jobsites and sales. The position includes bonus incentives, autonomous work culture, with the ability for more responsibility/pay.
This role is for an individual looking to take on a leadership role, training and managing workers, dealing with clients and day-to-day scheduling.
Training and development will be continuously provided as long as candidate is coachable, hard-working and willing to learn.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Access to a vehicle
High school diploma
Preferably some experience with hands‑on work (No professional experience necessary)
Strong communication skills
Coachable

Responsibilities
Overall planning, scheduling, and assignment of project tasks associated with the project at hand.
Managing clients and expectations.
Selling work.
Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners and business owners.
Managing day-to‑day project tasks for properly providing services to clients.
