Destination America is currently seeking an experienced Travel Director for our Canadian programs in Eastern Canada/Maritimes for the 2024 travel season. This position focuses on logistics and guest services for up to 52 travelers. Applicants should have a passion for storytelling and knowledge of local culture to ensure an unforgettable experience throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day trip operations for optimum enjoyment

• Maintain utmost guest safety and well-being

• Offer personalized service with a focus on individual experiences

• Provide engaging commentary as an English-speaking expert

• Utilize technology to enhance guest journeys while traveling

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in travel leadership roles

• Travel or Tour Director certification preferred

• Proficient in digital tools, Microsoft Office, and social media

• Strong customer service acumen and communication skills

• Able to manage physical demands and long hours
