Position: Senior Business Analyst – Visa POD
Take on a key role as a Senior Business Analyst in the Visa POD, focusing on operational support and improvements across Visa's credit card offerings. This role emphasizes Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

With an initial term of six months, you will facilitate enhancements, defect resolution, and operational improvements within Visa products. Collaboration with product, technology, and external partners like Visa and vendors is crucial for success. You will manage backlog items and translate business needs into actionable requirements, ensuring compliance and regulatory alignment throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive enhancements and defect resolutions for Visa products

• Translate business needs into user stories and functional requirements

• Facilitate communication between teams and external partners

• Analyze impacts across card systems and maintain relevant documentation

• Participate in UAT planning and post-implementation reviews

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of experience in a Business Analyst capacity

• Proven track record in financial services, specifically with Visa products

• Experience in Agile delivery frameworks

• Strong skills in analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management

• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Agile practices preferred
