Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote/in-person facilitation for requirements gathering

• Document business processes and application interfaces

• Create product backlog and oversee user acceptance testing

• Manage cross-functional stakeholder initiatives

• Consolidate project data for KPI reporting

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in IT or equivalent

• Proven Business Analyst experience

• Familiarity with Safe, Agile methodologies

• Experience using Azure Dev Ops

• Relevant professional certification is a plus
