Position: Coordinator of Engage Life Activities
Lead engaging activities and enrich resident lives as the Coordinator of Engage Life Activities at Atria Senior Living. Facilitate diverse programs that promote fitness, connection, and fulfillment.

In this dynamic role, you'll oversee the Engage Life programs at Atria Senior Living, crafting interactive experiences that resonate with residents. Your responsibilities include developing service plans, managing recreational activities, and using feedback tools to ensure engaging participation. Collaboration and creativity are essential traits as you welcome new residents and integrate them into the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and facilitate engaging activity programs

• Offer diverse recreational activities with supervision

• Teach exercises and oversee fitness equipment use

• Maintain an organized schedule of community events

• Assist in public relations and local publicity efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1-2 years experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient with office equipment and technology

• Must hold a valid driver’s license

• Responsible for maintaining clean activity spaces
