Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain project cost baselines through execution

• Implement EVM systems and track key metrics

• Prepare detailed cost forecasts and variance analysis

• Support project management and risk assessment workshops

• Offer guidance to junior personnel and improve team processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in relevant fields

• 5–8 years of experience in project controls

• Strong proficiency with cost management software

• Knowledge of construction delivery processes

• Understanding of change management techniques
