Take on the role of Risk Management Specialist at NB Power in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Support project objectives through comprehensive risk assessments and innovative management practices.
As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the Mactaquac Life Achievement Project by effectively identifying and mitigating risks that could impact financial outcomes and organizational reputation.
Your role will also emphasize training and collaboration with various stakeholders to foster a culture of effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement risk management processes and plans
• Monitor and report on risks through dashboards and KPIs
• Provide training and facilitate workshops for staff
• Support audits and compliance reviews for risk oversight
• Work with stakeholders to manage project-related risks
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• At least eight years of relevant risk management experience
• Project management knowledge and skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Certification in risk management is a plus
