Position: Finance Quality & Assurance Co-op Student - Fall 2026
Job Description  The Finance Shared Services team provides transactional, payroll, credit, treasury, data analysis and client services to the J.D. Irving, Limited group of Companies. The Finance Quality & Assurance Student position is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure in financial shared services with a large and diversified company.
Responsibilities   Test internal controls identified in the Shared Service compliance program
Assist in gathering of information for external reporting
Professional development and mentorship opportunities
Use of latest tools and technologies to complete data analysis and visualizations
Project management and process improvement

University Business/Commerce Degree Student in Good Academic Standing
Available for the Fall 2026 Co-op Work Term Period
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on MS Excel
Team Player with a Can-Do Attitude
Strong Communicator
Curious with a Process Improvement Mindset
Long Term Career interest in Accounting, Finance and/or Analytics
