This position allows you to engage actively with clients and trustees while contributing to special projects and internal training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address inquiries and facilitate client requests
• Process termination, retirement, and death benefits
• Assist in preparing year-end pension documentation
• Ensure data integrity in pension databases
• Attend client meetings to provide value
Requirements:
• Strong interest in pension administration
• Relevant post-secondary education or courses
• Basic understanding of Defined Benefit plans
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Skills in managing multiple tasks efficiently
