Collection Specialist

Position: Irving Oil Collection Specialist
Drive customer success as a Residential Collection Representative at Irving Oil by managing credit risk and establishing effective repayment plans. Participate in a rewarding environment focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and manage credit risk related to residential accounts, maintaining customer relationships through effective communication. You'll also prepare accounts for collections and manage payment processes, making your analytical skills essential for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate repayment plans and manage payment processing

• Contact customers through various communication channels

• Conduct routine account maintenance

• Prepare accounts for third-party collection agencies

• Assess and mitigate risk in the collection portfolio

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field

• Relevant experience in collections is advantageous

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel functions

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
