Position: Catering Supervisor for Events Management

In this leadership position, you'll be responsible for managing on-site staff while executing seamless catering events.

Your role involves maintaining effective communication with clients and Sales Managers, ensuring that all food is impeccably presented and served. You will also coordinate staff schedules and oversee event timelines to guarantee timely delivery and clear-up of all functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staff and execute event setups and services

• Engage actively with clients and Sales Managers

• Ensure food is presented per quality standards

• Maintain food temperature logs and cleanliness

• Coordinate catering staff schedules effectively

Requirements:

• Valid BC Driver's License is mandatory

• Minimum 4 years in catering management or supervision

• Valid Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service Certificates

• Excellent problem-solving and delegation skills

• Ability to work independently under pressure
