Responsible for planning tasks, supervising daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating materials, and communicating with clients or project managers.
Requirements- Proven +6 years of experience in roofing, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and roofing standards
- Ability to read plans/blueprints and manage project timelines
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
